Robert A. Luster
Over the past thirty years, Robert Luster has served as Luster National, Inc.’s President, a construction management firm that offers clients comprehensive program management, sustainability solutions, and strategic planning services. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and holds an MBA from Long Island University. Robert is incredibly passionate about his work and built his company on the foundation of his “can do” attitude. He has an interest in fitness, sustainability, and wellness. In his free time, he enjoys talking walks with his wife, playing games with his family, and traveling to Italy.
Deborah C. Luster
A graduate from UC Santa Barbara, Deborah has been the Founder of multiple consumer product companies, two small publishing companies, and has consulted dozens of growing companies, non-profits, and social enterprises. She helped start and grow Annie’s Homegrown and served as the company’s president for 6 years. She is the Cofounder of Churchill Brands, a consultant company that connects innovative entrepreneurs to the resources they need to flourish. Deb is passionate about marketing, creative ideas, health, and family. In her free time, she enjoys long-walks, playing board games, and swimming in the ocean.
Sarah P. Luster
Passionate about nutrition and health equity, Sarah graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in nutrition science and is now a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN). She is currently the Wellness Manager for Luster National Inc. and hopes to one day become a public health nurse practitioner. With experience in nutrition counseling, clinical nutrition, and food service, Sarah aspires to one day use her expertise to focus on disease prevention and community health. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, and going to the beach.
Emily A. Luster
While pursuing a degree in environmental science from UC Santa Barbara, Emily became interested in the environmental justice movement, interning for a non-profit organization that advocates for corporate policy reform to promote environmental, social, and economic equality. After graduating, Emily decided to pursue environmental law and is now a J.D. candidate at the University of Michigan. She hopes to become an effectual part of the movement to combat environmental racism. In her free time, Emily enjoys practicing yoga, reading, and bike riding.
John C. Luster
Currently an undergraduate at the University of Michigan, John is studying economics with the hopes of one day taking over the family business. John is passionate about environmental sustainability, fitness, and currently works part time at Luster National Inc. as a social media specialist. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, listening to music, and traveling.
